March, 1999: Wil Avery, Jr.
Wil's daughter Amanda and his wife Lydia joined him as he received the award.
The Town Forum Certificate of Appreciation reads:

The award (and a box of cigars) came as a surprise to Will. Present were his daughter, Amanda, his wife, Lydia, and his in-laws. Daughter Allison is serving in the Peace Corps in Africa. Amanda gave a moving, personal speech in praise of her father.
